Shipping Methods & Timeframes

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday excluding public holidays.

  • EU Standard (2–4 business days): €6.90 — Free over €150
  • EU Express (1–2 business days): €12.90
  • International Standard (5–10 business days): €14.90
  • International Express (3–5 business days): €24.90

Packaging

All lyophilized peptides and temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped in insulated packaging with pharmaceutical-grade gel ice packs. Solutions are secured against leakage. All outer packaging is plain and discreet with no product branding visible.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. FlixChems is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We declare shipments at accurate market value as required by law.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds, we can only accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged or was clearly compromised during transit
  • You received the wrong product due to a packing error on our part
  • A verifiable quality issue is confirmed by our team

To initiate a return, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will review and respond within 48 hours.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved within 5 business days, contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
