All products sold by FlixChems are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not approved for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are a qualified researcher or purchasing for legitimate research purposes
• You understand these products are not for human consumption
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Product Information

Product descriptions, purity data, and other information on our website are provided for informational purposes based on our testing and supplier documentation. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding completeness or suitability for any specific research application.

4. Ordering & Payment

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by FlixChems. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will provide a full refund in such cases. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. FlixChems is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of FlixChems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlixChems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
